Receptionist:
A person who after completing basic training is by mutual agreement asked to be a receptionist at the Center. After
additional one-on-one training in telephone and personal client contact, this person is assigned a four-hour shift to serve each week.This person is responsible to the Director of Client Services.

Client Advocate:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to
participate in peer training. If a person has had a previous abortion, they are asked to attend a post-abortion healing
Bible Study. After additional classroom instruction and evaluation, this person is assigned a four-hour shift to serve each week in a counseling position. This person shares the truth of the gospel, fetal development, abortion procedures/risks, sexual pressures/integrity, and encouragement. This person is responsible to the Director of Client Services.

Sonographer:
A person with a medical certificate who is trained in ultrasound scans. This person after completing basic training and one-on-one counseling instruction is by mutual agreement asked to perform client scans. This person is scheduled based on availability and need.

Classroom Instructors:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to be a
teacher. If a person has had a previous abortion, they are asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study. This
person gives 2 hours a week on site in addition to home preparation time for Bible Study, Pre-natal, Delivery, Parenting, Loving Choices, Relationships, Advancement Through Education, Financial Planning, and Abstinence classes.This person is responsible to the Director of Client Services.

Post Abortion Facilitator:
A person who after completing basic training and volunteer work for the Center is by mutual agreement asked to
participate in peer training. After additional classroom instruction and evaluation, this person is by mutual agreement asked to participate in post-abortion counseling training. If a person has had a previous abortion, they are asked to attend a post-abortion healing Bible Study. This person co-facilitates periodic support groups for those experiencing post-abortion syndrome. This person is responsible to the Director of Client Services.

Public Relations, Fundraising, Marketing:
A person who after receiving one-on-one instruction about the mission and goals of the ministry is asked to help with
reaching others. This person works with the Executive Director to raise funds and volunteers for the ministry.
